Entrez au coeur d’un univers ensoleillé et chaleureux, profondément soul-funk et teinté de touches afro, latines et reggae
Formé en janvier 2016 et porté par les compositions et la voix soul de la chanteuse, Solar Project est le fruit d’un mélange d’influences variées, dans lequel les morceaux font souvent la part belle aux parties rythmiques et aux sonorités cuivrées. Une singularité qui trouve son inspiration auprès des grands de la soul et du funk tels qu’Esther Philips, Aretha Franklin, Maceo Parker, Souljazz Orchestra…
Créé initialement par six musiciens, le groupe décide d’enrichir sa formation avec un clavier et un guitariste lead en août 2017. Au fil de deux années de concerts et de plusieurs expériences studio, Solar Project se crée une réelle identité et à pour objectif de proposer un live de qualité et professionnel.
Les musiciens passionnés ont en effet a cœur de partager leur plaisir de la scène dans un voyage sonore et visuel.

La recette du projet de ces huit musiciens nantais ? Une bonne dose de couleurs dans les oreilles et la promesse d’un show énergique et généreux ! En attendant l’enregistrement d’un EP début 2018, Solar project sort son premier clip studio courant décembre sur le titre “Move”.
